MOVE WITH HOPE is Renewing Hope Strategies' mobile mental health unit (ECM Team) capable of reaching the unreachable, such as families, children, seniors and additional underserved across the Inland Empire. We offer mental health services for those in need — medication management, community health workers (resources and case management), and individual, family and group therapy. Our mobile unit conducts mini screenings at community events within the Inland Empire. We offer IEHP-eligible services, and sliding-scale options are also available.
Our team engages in regular community outreach in an attempt to connect resources and meet our clients where they are.

The Move With Hope™ mobile shower and mental health unit brings dignity, hygiene, and care directly to Inland Empire communities.
What can our team do?
Enhanced Care Management (ECM) is having a Care Team that builds a comprehensive health plan for those with highly complex needs. ECM is a benefit that provides extra services to help you get the care you need to stay healthy. It coordinates the care you get from different doctors and others involved in your care. ECM offers supportive services to address your whole health — to care for your body and mind.
The team can help fill your support needs by linking you with support that can benefit you, such as, but not limited to, housing resources, mental health services, community support, food resources, and physical health needs, varying based on your need.
